It showcases an east-west oval shape with a beautiful depiction of the mighty Medusa in all her glory. Adorning the cameo is a classic column with fresh water cultured pearls and a Sapphire cabochon in the center.  The pendant has been paired with a strand of large 7mm white cultured Pearls.  If you want to try an alternate necklace, the enhancer style bail will accomodate a variety of cords and chains.
