Crafted in Sterling Silver with an 18K yellow gold plate. The cameo has the image Hercules and his labor with the Stymphalean birds in bas relief. It dangles from an Etruscan style station with 14 faceted 2 mm Amethyst stones. Post with butterfly clutch.
