Crafted in Sterling Silver with a large 18K cameo representing Medusa as well as 18K accents in the form of rosettes. Medusa is a powerful talisman and protector of the owner. Every one should carry one on them, whether seen or unseen! It has been Rhodium plated to retard the occurence of tarnish. Chain not included.
